We did get a remaster but it was removed when Activisions contract ended with hasbro

War & Fall both deserve a re-release or remaster. These were the best Transformers games I ever played.
They deserved a third game, but we got Rise of the Dark Spark instead. Which I guess wasn't awful, but it definitely wasn't up to the caliber we'd come to expect.

Tim Shea Bumblebee basically is a kid, he’s a kid fighting a war, who’s heart is bigger than his body. Bumblebee will always fight for those who he cares about, even if it gets him killed in the process.
The visuals. The music. The emotion. This trailer is a masterpiece. It's sad to think that we might never get a Transformers game as good as FOC ever again because they already nailed it with this game. I really wish Hasbro would get up off their asses and re-release these games on modern platforms so more people could experience them.

Well unfortunately they can’t, these games weren’t made by Hasbro they were made by Activison and Activison ended there partner ship with Hasbro years ago.
However due to Microsoft recently buying out Activison (It becomes final in 2023) microsoft made a statement saying they would bring back some popular game titles from Activison’s vault. This could very easily be one of the games there referring too.

This trailer, though it never actually happened in the game, creates such an amazing atmosphere. It's the final days of the war. This moment, as nonexistent as it is in the final product, is one that each side knows it can't avoid. It's an inevitability that they all knew was coming. And now it's here. Of course, ten years later, it still hits just as hard.
I just have to add: the entrance of Grimlock was (and always will be) fucking awesome.

High Moon is a very good developer. I have played most - if not all - of their games. Darkwatch, Deadpool and of course the Cybertron games are my favorites!

Harry the cat as he says hands join as one, both the hands attach to the torso, this trailer is so well done man, like for it being 7-8 years old it’s holding up against new trailers to this day, it’s so well orchestrated with the music telling a sort of story in the trailer, 11/10 in my books forever.

Oh FOC. How I’ll miss the times when I would always rush home from Elementary School just so I can play you online. I’ll never forget the times of when I wouldn’t let my parents or grandfather watch TV. I still remember getting Microsoft Points so I could buy G1 Optimus. And you opened me to XBOX LIVE. Rest In Peace Fall of Cybertron 2012-2020. Thank You High Moon for developing such an amazing game and some of my best years ever.
I remember not having wifi at a house I used to live at, my mom bought me 2 games, the original transformers game based off of the 2007 movie, and Fall of Cybertron. 2007 was fun but rather repetitive, and I couldn't beat the chase level so I never really made any real progression aside from roaming around and shooting stuff. FOC however, was my favorite game of all time (Not like I had played any actual games) and I loved the story, I would play every day to try to progress and beat levels. I later got ROTDS, and while it was very enjoyable, it wasn't nearly as good as FOC (My worst experience with ROTDS was a parkour level that involved a decepticon bug transformer or something where you had to carry some sort of item from platform to platform, that took me like 15 minutes for around 6 or 7 platforms.)
Also online was fun, shooting endless hordes of decepticons with your partner until you were eventually overwhelmed.

10 years it’s been 10 Years since this amazing game came out. I remember back in the days when I was 11 years old playing this game with some of the people I’m still friends to this day. This was my first ever game where I can play multiplayer as a shooter with other people and it was the best. looking back at it as I am 22 years old now brings a tear to my eye seeing this masterpiece of a game sure there were glitches but dammit this game was awesome.
The animation is still amazing and the voice acting was so great. Man I miss the old days being a kid downstairs in the basement playing this game playing as Grimlock tearing through enemies it was the best probably a blast from the past. I’ll be going to college soon to become a firefighter.
This game was a amazing sequel for war of Cybertron and all the references to G1 Optimus prime was great. I still listen to humbling River from time to time. Anyways I want to say this game was the best growing up as a kid thank you Activision for making this masterpiece.
My mans I was 11 or 12 when this came out, I’m now 21 This game was and still is my all time favorite. The Campaign, multiplayer, escalation was the best. I have so many good memories of this game it’s crazy

This trailer is an absolute masterpiece. The musical selection is perfect, eerie and goosebump inducing. The visuals are stellar and emotional. And it doesn’t hurt that the actual game was a banger too. Many times did I just wait around on the title screen so this would play.

I think one of the main things I adore about Transformers is the surprisingly dark world it takes place in despite the colourful characters and the obvious, blatant advertisement it can be sometimes.
People look at this franchise and see the childish exterior or just outright disregarding it as anything but a dumb franchise which its reputation as a movie series doesn’t help.
But deep below all of that. With most of the other iterations… it’s a deep and dark concept with some legit sad and chilling moments in even the most childlike shows like Cyberverse… which debuts Shadowstriker. A character that was stitched together with the remains of her squad after a shootout gone wrong.
Nothing shows the brutal nature of the Transformers world than the Cybertron Duology. The only ones to rival it are the IDW comics and the Prime show that came after the games.
This trailer shows that perfectly. It’s not some heroic action packed intro with our heroes making jokes. No one even talks.
It’s the desperate last stand of a dying civilisation killing itself with constant conflict. A friend comforting another in their last moments before choosing to go down swinging. Facing down a foe that won’t stop until the other is dead.
It’s this sad melancholic and dreadful end to a once proud and peaceful world despite its flaws and the setting is just… sad… this is what it’s all come down to.
It’s the perfect way to show the horror and darkness of the Transformers mythos and world. It’s tragic and hits close to home.
This has to be one of the best game trailers I’ve ever seen.

I just realized. Maybe it’s the battle where bumblebee lost his voice box. Between zwar and Fall he lost it and this battle doesn’t happen in either game, and this takes place on Cybertron. This must be that battle.

With original voices, staying true to the original G1 and expanding the G1 lore this is a MUST have.
It really scratches and fulfills all the boxes that the fans have long awaited and much wanted that loved the G1 continuation.

WFC and FOC aren't part of the G1 continuity/storyline. They follow another continuity known as the Aligned continuity, which is what the show TF Prime also follows.

this choice of music perfectly describes the despair the transformers have to go through. they're fighting a war that's destroying their beautiful world, plus they're being forced to kill those who were once their friends. even the faction that wins, still loses as well in the end

I love how this game makes the Transformers look human sized, even though to us they’re about 3 stories tall.

Fall of Cybertron came out years ago, and somehow both it and War for Cybertron not only managed to look better than Seige and Earthrise; but have better dialogue, voice acting, choreography/fight scenes, soundtracks, atmosphere, and emotional moments. If anyone ever asks me for a good example of what the war was like before it came to earth, I'd point them to these games

Since Microsoft recently bought activision, I want to see this let high moon studios make another entry into the series, or even just remake the game. It’s multiplayer would genuinely be good.
High moon was fired by Hasbro, and they disbanded.
@@JDCFx it’s possible they might let the studio form again. Xbox will be in control so we might even hopefully see these games reinstated in Xbox game pass or at least be put back on shelves and in stores

I still don’t understand why this hasn’t been made into a movie, it’s literally what the fandom has been crying out for since 2007, and especially since these games came out.
I can’t stress enough how much this one trailer holds in my heart. Saw it when I was like 5 so a few years after it came out, but man I always come back to watch and cry as I do because of how not just legendary but nostalgic this trailer is and will always be.
