yeah projects are like that sometimes,,, take a short break then get back at it,,, sometimes I have a break everything day hate those but that is when I go away and do something else and come back another day,,,
Miss you where did you go? Shit weather getting you down? Me too...I spent months cladding my cabin this summer and now suffering the freezing rain. Keep going dont give up. See you soon xxx
You need a tall ladder my friend. May I suggest you guy 2 pieces of 2x material for the rails and some 1x material for the steps. Much cheaper than an aluminum ladder and if you keep it out of the rain so it is dry, it will get lighter.
Thank you! Due to some personal stuff I had to be away from the farm for a while! I’m gonna explain in a future video. I’m back to posting regularly now though!
Thankfully the roof was done before the rain, I hope you enjoyed some relief from the mozzies. Getting things done with the winter months are going to be more complicated, but you also have your workshop to work in.👍
Hi Goncalo, I always watch your channel. I have an idea for you, why not block in and insulate the outside of your structure on the bed end so that you can knock it through and create an elevated bed, it'll give you more space on the inside
Ah I know winter is coming and you have lots to do but why not take a day off and go relax … would love to see more about where you live. Well done though as all looks great 😊
I must commend you for doing all this work stuffs yourself . You take your time figuring the best way to do things . Yes , you have to do as much things you can do on the outside of of your shelter before winter . I don't know if Portugal gets snow , probably not but it does get colder and rain. I am thinking what you would do indoors when the cold weather hits ? One thing about your videos , they just stop .... I am waiting for more .... you keep me hanging ....
You have worked hard to make great improvements to your home. You've accomplished a lot. I too tend to go off on tangents whenever I do a project. My projects end up getting bigger. I have to keep lists to make sure I get my priority items done. The hard part is if there are too many important things to do. It is hard to keep things water tight. So far it is working but from watching other videos of people with tiled roofs, it seems a day with strong rain & winds can start things leaking. It doesn't mean failure; it's just the way it is. I see others having to patch things all the time. I look forward to your next video.
Greetings✌ As always, it is very relaxing to watch you work and enjoy my tea in a relaxed manner. It looks like, you can no longer open the window because of the fly screen. You may need to add an extension to the lever, but I have no idea. How would you like to heat in winter? Your roof looks pretty uninsulated. Is that enough for Portuguese winters? Best wishes

Congratulations on no leaks in roof. Major accomplishment. Be proud and take care of the remaining tasks as best as you can. Enjoy the Fall.
