One of my top favorite albums, the first time i streamed "i met you when i was 18" i fell inlove instantly. It was like subconsciously feeling nostalgic of things i didn't do or haven't got to experience yet. The songs were like stories of another person telling me about it and then get to empathize with it.
Lauv, your album is not just an "album", it is a feeling that everyone felt (or still feels). I thank you please songs so perfect!

I just started another Lauv binging phase (that I go on every now and then 😂), and I thought about how he mentioned in a Spotify video that it was crazy how many listens he got in the year where he didn’t release any music. I thought about the reason, and it was very clear to me that Lauv has a very unique style of music that always speaks to me (and I guess the other fans) emotionally. I feel understood and not alone when I listen to his music.
