  • 咖喱魔鬼鱼,🐟味道超级浓郁,鱼肉鲜嫩,配上米饭两碗都不够🌶️🍚
    材料:700克魔鬼鱼、2个茄子、1把羊角豆、2个番茄、1个洋葱、2勺鱼咖喱粉、1把咖喱叶、800毫升清水、200毫升椰浆、2勺生抽、半勺盐
    辣椒泥:10条辣椒干、5个红葱头、5个蒜
    1)把鱼清洗干净、茄子羊角豆番茄切备用
    2)10条辣椒干、5个红葱头、5个蒜搅成泥
    3)热锅热油,油炸茄子&羊角豆30秒取出备用
    4)锅留底油,加入辣椒泥2勺咖喱粉炒均匀,再加入1把咖喱叶&洋葱一起炒香
    5)加入800毫升清水煮至沸腾,加入炸好的蔬菜、鱼块、番茄&200毫升椰浆搅拌均匀焖煮8分钟
    6)开盖加入2勺生抽&半勺盐搅拌均匀就可以出锅了❤️

    Ingredients: 700 grams of string ray, 2 eggplants, 1 handful of lady’s finger, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 spoons of fish curry powder, 1 handful of curry leaves, 800 ml of water, 200 ml of coconut milk, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half Spoon of salt
    Chili puree: 10 dried chilies, 5 shallots, 5 garlic
    1) Clean the fish, cut the eggplant, carob, tomato and set aside
    2) 10 dried chilies, 5 shallots, and 5 garlics blend it
    3) Heat the pan with oil, fry the eggplant & lady’s finger for 30 seconds, take it out and set aside
    4) Leave the oil in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of chili paste and stir-fry evenly, then add 1 handful of curry leaves and onion and stir fry together
    5) Add 800 ml of water and boil until boiling, add the fried vegetables, fish pieces, tomatoes & 200 ml of coconut milk, stir evenly, simmer for 8 minutes
    6) Open the lid and add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce & half a tablespoon of salt, stir evenly, and ready to be serve❤️

    Hallo Home taste.. Recipe kamu bagus dan lenkap.. Tetapi bahan yg kamu miss our.. Belachen goreng, cabai yg kisar tidak cukupi.. Chicken stock, gula sedikit, serbuk kujid,Kuah kamu ligat putih santan kerana cabai kisar taj cukupi, u kena bubuh serbuk curry Cap Babas bagi kuah curry ikan colour lebih cantik yah.. Ok.. Gd job, thank u!

    咖哩粉是肉类咖哩粉还是鱼的咖哩粉?我妈妈說鱼类咖哩粉不好吃…我也懵了不懂用哪个好😂

    Kitam masak sweet soure.. Recipe berikut.. Bawang besar 1 biji, bawang putih 5.biji ,halia 3.keping ,bawang soup panjang 1 batang, tomato 1.biji ,telur masin 5 biji, udang kering rm 10 ,buah jangus rm 7.00 ,cabai kisar 3 sudu besar tumis dngan belachen gireng. Part 2 .. Chilki Sos 10 sudu, Tomato sos 6.spoon ,campur limau nipis 1 biji, mix dalam 1 mangkok.dengan air panas, akhir ya step 1 dan step 2 campur sejali dalam kuah ketam ini, telur masin ambi kuning untuk di goreng.. Put aside, ketam 4 ekor kena goreng dng tepong ubi kayu 70 per sent masak sahaja ,telur ayam 2 biji campur dengan telur ketam dau ketam puya ko. Buat satu mangkok put aside.. Semua 3 in 1 masak sekali mix all tha recipe..bahan semua kena beli total rm 85 ..good try.. thank u!
