I think Black Arrow was the name Segun Arinze went by in the movie. That's the name he was popularly known as from the beginning of his acting career. He was violent and dreaded etc.
He didn't kill anyone for them so why "eye for an eye" The brother is just the cause of everything, brainwashed his sister and her best friend as the criminal he is. If she had kept the child and try to move on with her life, which I think she would've done if the brother didn't came into the picture. Who knows, maybe she would've gotten back more than the house
