How to make a Jubilee Flower Arrangement - Lets create a FAN-SHAPED flower arrangement

This week I'm looking at a design that replicates the shape of a Fan, this historical design was popular during the 17th and 18th century in France and was often seen in English Georgian interior. Its a design that follows a rigid pattern to create lines moving away from a centre point, similar to spokes of a wheel.
For this arrangement I've been inspired by the British Flag using a Red, white and blue colour scheme. This would look great on buffet table, reception table, counter top or on an alter.
