My grandfather who was Partisan during WWII in Yugoslavian taught me this song long time ago.

Valery Sablin irl was a soviet naval officer who tried to revolt by seizing a single ship but then got arrested and executed.
In TNO, a hoi4 mod where the axis won ww2, Russia explodes into 30+ warlord states, one of them being Buryatia, led by Sablin. What makes Sablin unique is that he forms a system of libertarian socialism that actually works, making him a common fan favorite among the community. He does have a second path that he could follow, which is the case where he becomes authoritarian, which basically makes him a traditional Leninist. This used to be the song that plays if he reunifies Russia either if he was libertarian or authoritarian, but after an update in November, a slowed down version of this song plays only in his authoritarian path.
