Can't go wrong with Union Pacific Railroad a friendly Railroad company for sure I am going work for them as a engineer next year. This would be doing a horn show for my friend alexis fuselier
@@gordonvincent731 Something tells me you haven't worked on the railroad. Or is the engineer blowing the horn, waving from the window, and locomotives all at the same time. This is a epic *crew* not just the engineer.
@@salinerailfan3907 I was a locomotive engineer for 36 years. November 1974, retired Jan. 2011. Yes, I blew the horn, waved at people at trackside while operating the train in perfect safety!! I can't figure out what you got from my first post and then giving me this.
@@gordonvincent731 He never said they were all in control. He said it was a cool crew as the engineer was blowing the horn, the conductor was on the front of the engine, and the brakeman or conductor in training was waving from the side. It was a crew effort, not just the engineer
I heard NS 16T do that in the middle of the night at like 12 to 1 am and I heard a SD70ACE just honking it's horn at the crossing and something else but I know my railfanner friends were never up so he was honking at something other than that crossing about mile out
For you all, who i assume aren't from Mexico, that tune the engineer played doesn't have a name, but it's an extremely popular sequence used all over Mexico. It's played in cars, in bikes, ships, and everything that has a horn. I personally use it with my car to tell my family to open the garage door. Also, the shave and haircut it's banned, since here, it means "f*ck you". You will only hear it in trains when cars decide to go through a crossing, when the train is coming. Thanks for the recording...great recording. Bad news...UP is sidelining their SD70ACeT4 locomotives according to my latest edition of Railfan and Railroad. It looks like a promising effort from EMD.
Thank you! It is a pity that they are being left aside, to my taste they look more imposing than other machines, fortunately I managed to see 3 of these, greetings!
Thats awesome
That’s super awesome!
