- Priyanka Chopra says her mom Madhu is the "most important person in my little black book." Though she works with the best stylists, hair gurus, and makeup artists in the business, Priyanka prefers to call up her mom when she needs some beauty wisdom. "Since she was a little girl she always took care of her skin, and made me realize when I was a little girl the importance of it," she says. "Of course when you're young, you don't listen as much but as I grew older I realized all these little tricks and amazing secrets that she had were integral to my skin."

I swear, as a south asian, one of the few things I will never be conscious about are my brows and my eyelashes. Skin colour's a given, but I can't imagine having to work hard for my brows or putting on falsies!

These are some things I do which have helped me achieve skin without acne and radiant all day.
- Use a mild face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleans your skin well. I recomment littlleextra riceberrry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well.
- Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often coz our hands are often full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face.
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation.
- Apply rice berry vitamin c face serum everyday as it has antioxidants and it helped me reduce blemishes and I got radiant skin.
- Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

I just tried the sugar and rose water tip for my lips.....and honestly i was amazed by result it actually removed my dead skin cells from lips and actually made it plum ......go for the tip it works

Most of them have acne, unfortunately it is our weather and the pollution that leads to acne, however we also know the correct remedies!

The put on glow she is talking about comes easy with things available in your kitchen
1. Simply apply yoghurt and after it dries rub a little in circular motion and wash off
2. Take a little coconut oil, add Vit E oil and add powdered sugar scrub your face with it. And after u wash off it will feel that u just had a facial done.

I have the exact relationship with my mom. She's the only one in my family whom I actually love and care for. She's so inspiring, she comes home from work and tells me all her stories, I tell her about my day, we laugh, we fight, we argue, we cry , we shout and then we again hug each other , cuddle and kiss. I make almost the same mask 2x a week. Mine contains :
- rice flour
- turmeric
- lemon
- rose water
And my face get brighter. Im not obsessed with fair/pale skin like most asian standard (im asian) but my natural skin tone are yellowish paleand fair, but my face and neck got darker than the rest of my body since i got a lot of outdoor activities and i try to bring back my natural skin tone. Btw, i dont have any skin problem at all and rarely get acne so thats why the mask works wonderful. If you guys have sensitive skin, make sure to do allergic test

Richelle Echevarria its just a fair warning to some people who may try this technique, because coconout oil can have adverse side effects on some people but for most it is ok
I have oily skin and use hemp seed oil (unrefined) to oil cleanse. I also use it as a moisturizer and let me tell you, it works wonders. It doesn’t clog my pores at all, and it has deff helped with acne. I swear by it.
