Me, an athletic trainer, losing brain cells bc there is actually a video teaching guys to put their kneepads on their thighs…. for drip 😩 I’ve seen refs remove high school players for kneepad violations. It’s dumb as hell to even consider playing like this and risk a patellar dislocation/fracture.
