My sisters dad always taught us "work before play". I'll be 23 in a couple months and it still stuck with me all these years and it's something I want to teach my children.
This is great! Too often I look at social media simply cuz I can. Setting a time later in the day specifically for that will help me get the things done first that really matter, and additionally boost my self-esteem when I prove to myself I can get those things accomplished
