no matter how healthy the food is, if you eat a TON of it, it is not. and she eats unhealthy stuff too. ALSO, exercise is only 20 % of weight loss so its more on the food you eat. SO MOSTLY ITS GENETICS, ASIANS ARE MOSTLY PETITE. but with that being said, I LOVE HAMZY SO MUCH
