I was quite concerned with the repeated rains during nesting period but judging by extremely young birds at start of season, they must of hatched late. So, ya, we've been getting into them and it doesn't hurt to have the Setters running wide and rockin' & rollin'. A big downer, though, has been the excessive overgrazing going on with tens of thousands of acres being pummeled into dust. It's been just as much a challenge finding huntable, ungrazed ground vs. finding birds
yep, dogs are hard to see (but they're there!). at the 1:04 mark, if you look closely, the white/black headed Setter is in the upper 3rd of the screen and slightly to the right of center. The chesnut tri-color on the upper right side of screen, on the skyline. The Setters are visible until you get to the 1:14 mark on video. At the 1:26 mark, I look back and you can see the white/black headed Setter very well for a second or two. Thanks for watching!
