Triple Deluxe was my first ever owned Kirby game. Thank God I started off with such an S tier game. This was before I even understood lore in games or anything like that. Even with that factor, I still enjoyed Sectonia and Taranza as characters more than someone like me at that time should've.

Old Friend’s former name was Joronia before the amazing mirror took effect on her…
Subliminally, at 31:54 That guy was actually not Taranza, it’s actually Joronia.
Also if you look closely at the art at 34:07 You can actually see Joronia in the mirror

Basically, Taranza gifted to Joronia the mirror but he didn't know that this mirror is from kirby and the amazing mirror. This mirror has inside another World full of darkness and corruption, and this mirror corrupted Joronia into becoming obsessed with being beautiful and lost herself in the progress
