In this video, I discuss how to practice efficiently and make the most out of your practice sessions! You may notice that sometimes, despite spending hours in a practice room, you come away with worse technique than what you had before. Perhaps you leave feeling discouraged or even find yourself in physical pain after practicing. If that’s the case, I would encourage you to prioritize quality over quantity.

Great vid. Word of caution about Tomplay App. They don't send a subscription reminder or request consent to renew. They just take money and send a receipt. This can be frustrating if you've not used it and forgotten about it. Also not compliant with most consumer protection legislation. Oh, they don't give refunds just a gift voucher!
