12:14 I mean yes and no. Sure Gerald did help create Shadow but he used Black Doom's DNA which techically does make Black Doom Shadow's only true relative. It'd be a different story if Gerald used his own DNA as well when creating Shadow, but he didn't so he and Eggman have no relations.
