The 555 timer IC is an integrated circuit that is used in a variety of timer circuits, pulse generators and oscillator applications. The heart of the module is the 555 timer IC that is wired as an astable multivibrator, generating pulses from about 4Hz to 1.3Khz.
This circuit can be used in any project, that requires positive pulses.
To demonstrate the operation, a LED is used at the output of the IC to show the visual indication of the output pulses.
The output frequency of pulses can be adjusted using a potentiometer. The circuit can be operated from any voltage between 5 to 15 volt DC.

Thanks, ca again in my next tutorial. - Навчання та стиль
Great video had a circuit for the 555 before and this is far more adjustable and easier to apply
Thanks, happy to help
Thanks, happy to help :)
Nice and easy tutorial mate.
Nice and easy tutorial with amazing graphics,
Very informative upload thanks for sharing
You're so talented! Thank you!
Thanks😊 mate
good and helpful video
Amazing tutorial.
Thanks
Works great. Who knows the max hertz when the 10k potentiometer is turned all the way up? Thanks.
Nice vid, perfect to understand ic555 ! How could we use what you mentionned @3:58 ?
I need a pulse circuit around 1Hz or 4Hz from 3.7V-7.4V to 110V. Current is not important, thanks for advises in advance
Thanks bro i made it and used as speedometer tester very usefull.
You are welcome
Good one mate
Thanks mate
Wonder full idea
Cheers 🍻
nice content, nice video, congratulations, I wish you success🔔
Thanks mate
Question: By "positive pulses" you mean 'synchronous pulse' generation/operation?
It is possible to use this circuit to generate one silgle pulse?
Hi can you make a circuit using also ic555. 1 pulse in every 1 minute non stop. Thanks
i need same kind of circuit but for 120V and 3A. Any suggestions on how to achieve it?
can it lower the sound frequency?
Now thats simple
Can I increase the frequency.
Thanks. You share the gerber file while others don't.
You're welcome!
As mentioned by another person, slow down mate
Otherwise good content

Great video and I understand all but please explain significance of R2 D2. Thank You
R2-D2 stands for Second Generation Robotic Droid Series-2, according to a Star Wars encyclopedia published after the release of the film Star Wars.
Ha ha
Hi, first of all, thanks for sharing the video.
On your "instructables" page, you say that this circuit works at voltages between 5 to 15 volts DC.
I have a Laser Printer Polygonal Mirror Motor and it works with up to 24V (for greater speed). Therefore, is it possible to change the circuit a little to bring this voltage closer (24V)? Thank you very much
Thanks
I am not sure if it will
But you can google ICL8038 which is capable of generating 12 to 24 v pulses
Thanks@@CrazyCoupleDIY
So you could use variable resisters to tune the frequency as needed?
Yes
Can I use it permanently in another device or does it heat up overtime?
You may use it
I have used this in conjunction with many of my other 555 projects and they run indefinitely
Geeeze! Slow down a bit will ya?
Ha ha, for sure mate
hyper....hihihihhi....excited
@@tagalogelectronics6615 Ha ha, tried to keep the video as short as possible, ah aha
Nagetive output ke kya karna hoga
Samjha nahi
What exactly are you trying to do mate?
I want pulse PC keyboard
Sorry I am not aware of that
Can i use this circuit for making a Dog repellers
I am not sure how to do that, but I would definitely be interested in knowing how to make it.
Apa di jual kit nya?
Sorry, English plz
