    Nice. Imagine this house, in Toronto, at that price (are you kidding me? lol)

      Keep imagining - you're missing the part where there's no good jobs in Calgary...then having to borrow money from bank loans against your house for living expenses..

    look's nice, garage is tiny.
    I personally think anything less than 22 feet wide and 24 feet deep should be called a double car 🚗 garage. mabey an over side single. that's the size of mine. fits the truck and van. but I want bigger lol.
    sorry for the rant.
    I love these videos

      Oh man - I couldn't agree more. We need garages big enough to open the doors on BOTH cars at a minimum!!! Thx for checking it out!

      @BradMcCallum exactly, the truck is driver side. and the van, . we can do a full circle, backup parking only, less chance of killing a pedestrian

    I Checked the Alipine Park homes. Homes look gorgeous, especially the Englar model. But seems house owners have to pay a Condo Fee/ HOA fee which is a big negative for me :(

    • @BradMcCallum
      @BradMcCallum  Рік тому +1

      Actually - this is ONLY true if you have one of the homes that are 'park oriented' where they share a common outdoor space. The vast majority of homes do not fit into this category - and do not have a condo fee associated with it. An annual HOA fee applies to almost all communities in Calgary built in the last 30 years, and I don't believe this is what you're concerned by.

    Why 3 Bed? 2.5 Bath? not worth for 850,000 OMG so ....... boring

  • @korzym

    $850k and you don't even get enough land for a front and backyard? For the same price you could get a much larger house, 2-3x more land by Houston with a much, much better interior. Go pound sand
