Crazy to think $750,000 is considered "affordable" in Calgary. I really feel for new home buyers and am worried for when this unrealistic bubble bursts.
I hear you. It's sad when $750,000 for a home seems low in price. I am in Vancouver so I am in an insane city for real estate. I feel lucky to own and I am in a position where I could afford a home but I worry about young people and wonder if home ownership will pass them by. I know many young people leaving Vancouver and relocating to places where it's not so ridiculously expensive to buy a home. It's sad.
i look up to your sales skills but capture this fam. You need the double winny bun. Skinny is cool in talking but if u wanna close your main age gap fatten that bun. Double winny tie knots ill do em for u free cause i like your sales swag. Lose the fake too, the paid sales training is cookie cutter back to basics and treat all prospects as your parents in video acting. Youre top of the game in cowtown which i respecognize but fatten the windsors in ya tie to start, ill follow up with tips after this lol Call me boomer but i was top in telus and my car brands. i won awards when my "mentors" sat home watching my success
Don't trust the financial post. Alberta GDP is strong and attracts provincial immigration. More people equal more housing demand, this drive up rent and house prices.

Lets be real, that's actually a high end home...the price isnt so bad considering the turn of real estate the past few months
Oh man, for 750 you get a 2000 sqft house in Cochrane, with a lot less upgrades than this.
