Isn't that the truth... CB stuff is cost engineered to the max already, the makers don't put stuff in there that's not necessary so if there's an ALC/AMC in there then it's there for a good reason and especially so on something as non compliant as the Stryker. @@slcradiocable641
The NPC mod ....if set up correctly....is a very clean modification. The reduced carrier is one of the keys to the mod...there is no benefit whatsoever to running a high carrier....a high carrier is useless unless you like an overly warm radio. I keep my rangers around 150% modulation and they all have a clean sinewave and very acceptable harmonics on the analyzer. Even the FCC allows 125% modulation on commercial AM broadcast stations so obviously over 100% mod can be done correctly.....and not a dirty signal.
So, if my Connex CX-3300 HP, on low power, dead keys 2 watts and swing around 35 watts. Then I put it on high power, dead keys 12 watts, and swing aroiund 30-35 watts. You are saying it has been crunked up.
@@dgtr43you should have the radio checked out . There’s has been either a limiter clipped out of the radio or the modulation has been cranked up, both do basically the same thing to the radio
I really wish more people would understand better quality signal is far more important than swing on a meter.
Like I say ...Its easier to fool the people, then to convince them they've been fooled

Good job kevin, very good comparison between mode and professional aligned and tune, very informational video
Thank you sir....
Nice work
Nice vid
I heard of people doing some kind of mod that boosts average power
Are they erf 2030+ finals?

Well explained clean is always better
Mark how is the desert
