@@lifestyledownunderadventur5456 hey mate, I used 2400 x 1200mm 12mm Plywood F8 Pine Structural CD Grade from Bunnings.

The weight is spread around on the braces and mounting points so should be fine. So far it’s survived the Oodnadatta Track, The Mereenie Loop and the worst of it all, The Gibb River Road which has the corrugations from hell! 😂
