I have had issues with false grip on rings, usually ripped skin or calluses from over use. Recently started taping wrists with athletic (hockey) tape, makes a big difference. I can get much more volume done and have a solid connection. I add tape to rings as well. Good luck on your progressions sir.
Many thanks! My only problem with FG used to be dead hanging and I got that sorted out but still can only do about 4 pullups without losing it. Now this new pain in rows is disconcerting, but I'll figure it out. Appreciate the advice!
When I first got rings the only place I had to put them was inside and they were chest height. So I learned to do muscle ups in an L-Sit. A bit more work, but got it done. Also, that's the perfect height for dips!
