ALWAYS Recap the powerboard on your Sega Game Gear

Received this console from a Customer that had got it from eBay and it was sold as haing a recap, the ceramic caps were cool and I learnt they can be stacked which is really cool, noticed an issue with the powerboard and also noticed there was no intial screen before the logo SEGA which is odd for a single chip GG, shout out of the Sega game gear collector group on Facebook for the help.
