One step at a time, but I must get stronger and faster to reach my goal!
i have to say after injuring my ankle during football freshman year not being able to play sophomore year i WILL play this year iv been dreaming about it all season long and this has gave me hope again to make sure to play not give in to anything that sets me back but to give it my all and become a started as i was freshman year! thank you!

live it up. it goes by and keep your head up when you hit and keep your head on swivel. i got 4 concussions from getting blindsided mostly on kickoffs. i had to stop playing my junior year and was forced to sit out my senior year. so live it up my friend. play hard and play fast go 100% every play
I listen to this everyday before school during the afternoon and right before I go to bed gets me ready for my upcoming events each and everyday. Absolutely amazing. My team and I are going to start listening to this in the locker before every game. Thanks for the motivation :D

Well my advice, never give up, when it gets tough push harder. You cannot let anyone tell you that you can't. Can't is a word for the ones that don`t work hard enough to succeed. Always push... Deadlifted 535.. cuz I was always first in the weight room and last to leave, keep it up and Savor every hit.. every game.. every practice... I'd pay to go back and just get one more tackle in!
