संविधान का हनन कर बढ़ाया गया है कार्यकाल क्योंकि प्रत्येक राज्य मे अलग- अलग नियम है पंचायत के संबंध मे और जिस प्रकार इन्होने पत्र मे उल्लेख किया कि चुनाव तक रहेगा इससे यह स्पष्ट होता है की सरकार कि चुनाव करवाने कि मंशा नहीं और कोई तय तिथि नहीं है कि इतने समय के दरमयान होंगे चुनाव बड़ा दुर्भाग्य है
