I can’t do the slime-I hate okra (Africans from the diaspora are shocked when African Americans say this), but your presentation, enthusiasm and beautiful displays-always inspire me and keep me coming back for more. 🌟
Wow salmon fish is well seasoned and massaged well with the spices, ayoyo and okra is one of my favorite soup though I always enjoy any slimming soups, I always buy the frozen Ayoyo here, looks so colorful and inviting, well prepared and the outcome is yummieliciouz gorgeous sis, thanks for sharing ❤️😋👍🏾

Nanaaba I love watching your cooking shows. Your food always looks so good even though I don't like okra because of the slime. Maybe I will buy some and try oven roasting them.
I watch a few number of Ghanaians and once a while Nigerian food u-tubers but I just love your style, I love cooking myself and your method is so similar to mine. Minimal to zero cubes loaded with msg and the use of fresh ingredients especially lots of onions(secret to good food), galic, ginger. Good try on the ateme soup. We Ewes always finish our soups with ground fresh ground & chunky onions. Trust me it takes the taste to another level. I also finish off with sliced ginger and galic for more freshness. Ioads of love sister madam!
Omgosh.. I'm literally drooling over your recipes..wish I cook it with all the right ingredients hopefully if I'm able to find I'll surely try.u are one incredible woman more power n best regards to u madam🔥🔥 lots of love from India 🇮🇳

Looks delicious
Wow, did you plant them yourself?
You make everything look tasty even though I intensely dislike Molokhia (Egypt).
I don’t eat seafood but my goodness that looks delicious. I LOVE Jute leaves. Can you tell me the other names they are called please?
Ewedu is one other name
molokhia (Arabic), ayoyo (Ghana), jew's mallow, ewedu (Nigeria) mrenda/mlenda (Kenya and Tanzania)
Gut gemacht
Great food
Nanaaba, this is pure torture🤣 please send some my way. Wish I could find fresh ademe here in TX. It’s always the frozen ones and don’t look as green.
You should have shown us the stalk from which you took the leaves.
Thanks
Thanks for sharing this recipe however, I know that I will not be able to make it because there are a lot of things in it that I can't eat. 🤗
This soup paa and Oats banku. It's will slip smoothly
Nana don't be greedy eating all the crispy fish skin!!
Wish you would spread the leaves out to enable us see and figure out what they are in East Africa. I enjoy your cooking so much,!
