Don’t bring these things to Thailand, why to be in trouble with things packed in your bag, you don’t even need them, or you can have them from Thailand, yes recently I have met one of my friends at the airport, who had packed some unnecessary stuff, that caused him troubles and lots of money, I am gonna talk about that during the vlog, now 1st without wasting anytime, let me update about the latest regulations concerning what to bring and not bring to Thailand, some of them you might know and some them might surprise you.

Since I had been brough along some common type of medication on my carry-on luggage to/from Thailand and Singapore, I had not been stopped by custom officers after scanning it only for departure. It was not that I did not want to buy medication in Thailand because the medication was all in Thai language, but I would buy it at the pharmacy there when I find the same type that sell it in Singapore here. I had been stopped at the custom check point to explain it only for departure at both the airport, when my luggage or personal bag carry with power 'Bank' for my phone both in Thailand and Singapore only for departure but there has never been any custom check or scan when arrive at both countries' airports. This is a reminder to all travelers remember to show your power 'Bank' with transparent plastic bag attached outside your luggage or bag that you are carrying it for your departure flights. After this problem I decided not to bring along any Power bank with me but now I bring along three different models' mobile phones and no more problem with custom checkpoints. I always try recharged all my phones with full power before I went out were good enough for me to use it each day there.

Nice one mate once I bought a litre of vodka at Heathrow stayed in Bangkok a few day's never took out of the customs bag when checking in to go too Phuket it was confiscated because I bought it in Heathrow and not Thailand strange to me but you can't win at customs just take it as a lesson 😀

Medication: Carry a letter from your doctor stating your medication etc.
If on special over the counter pain killers not available in Thailand have them included on the letter.
Photo letter many times.
Photocopy front page many times of passport and laminated.
Carry a copy of laminated page of passport.

Some good solid advice - prescription medications should be in the original packaging and have the users name on them.

The limit for alcohol. Is just 1 lt of wine or spirts is that right . At king power shops at airport you can buy 3 Liters I was told is that right . As for vape illegal any where in Thailand and 90 plus percent of them you can buy in street or shop including shopping mall s counterfeit vapes . Three years ago police very strict now a lot more lenient unless you smoking outside in the street maxium . Fine is 1.000 45 ,000 baht. So you been warned . And police person that catches you get a commission share of the fine . So in there interest to catch you smoking vapes . . Jc

If you are staying long term. Don’t bring: Your European clothing, the types of fabrics are just unsuitable and uncomfortable here. Get what you need at a market or uniglo whose range of hot weather clothing is superb and a lot cheaper in Thailand.
Do bring: Toothbrushes, you can only get soft brushes here.
Good quality hair gel or wax, the stuff here is truly awful
Compeed, for your blisters. You will get them, and you cannot find this magical stuff here..!
