Maybe this clash could be viewed as a critique of that obsession with thinness. In either case, I doubt it's meant to be taken literally.
Its a canvas by contemporary and performance artist Chris Newman. He's based in Berlin and my husband is a fan of his work. This piece isn't about being thin (in the sense of weight)... it has a story. I dont love it but as I said in the video my husband and I kind of fused our art collection together.... some pieces we love equally and others are either more him or more me X
