Hey jardon please be careful playing this modpack, the health orbs that you pick up from random enemies uses copyrighted sound assets from The legend of Zelda nintendo 64 game!! Specifically the sound you get when you pick up hearts in Zelda is copied exactly into this modpack..... Please be careful and do not get demonetized sir!

@@subjecthotel3388 I'm quite sure you can disable the sound from the orbs in the system config for the mod itself.
I don't think Nintendo's ninjas are going to come after him because the sound effects from one of their games is in the mod.

in my vanilla world, i have enchanted netherite stuff, a gold farm slime farm raid farm ... but i live behind the house i built for villagers, at least captain has a roof above his head

You can place an immersive engineering barrel directly on top of a create spout, no need for stress and you can fill the barrel directly with up to 12 buckets of any fluid.
Also you can make infinite lava (even in vanilla minecraft) placing a cave dripstone under a block with a source lava on top then a cauldron which will be filled after a while, then you can extract it with create pipes (haven't tried with others), just make a bunch of them for speed.

I swear to god every TIME jordan says "if only there was a way to transend dimations" I HAVE A STROKE, YOU CAN MAKE CREATE MODE TRAINS GO INTO THE PORTAL AND IT WILL END UP ON THE OTHER SIDE AND IF YOU SAY "oh rails are expensive" JUST MAKE A BELT END AT THE PORTAL AND CATCH LAVA BUCKETS JUMPING OUT IN OVERWORLD BECAUSE YOU CAN THROW ITEMS INTO THE PORTAL
(He isn't going to learn deeply into this stuff, even if there are quests about it 😅... Trains *are* cool though :D)

@@lieutenantdan9 well, if you put a rail a block next to the portal so the rail looks like it goes in the portal it should actualy make a difrent rail in the same block as the portal and if you go into the nether the rail should make it on the other side, now make a track in the nether and vuola dimansion travel

Fun fact: the tempad you have is the standard TVA employee one. Meanwhile the other one is specifically the "he who remains" tempad which is shown at the end of Loki S1!

Just gonna preempt it: in vanilla terms, lime dye is easier to get from Sea Pickles. You'd need farm-able bonemeal either way with both cactus for mixing the white and green, or just growing the pickles then smelting them. But I'm fairly certain that the pickles are slightly more efficient. The margin there is really narrow though.
I felt physical pain when he started to place the stairs and trapped doors. Jardonian has -100 architectural skills OMG, its impressive how bad he is. His house in SDMP made me think he had improved, but nope, he's worse than ever.

Is the pack using the version of Create with trains? If so, I believe you should be able to transfer lava from the nether via a train.

You don't need the item to filter. Just use the actual filter item and select the item you want from JEI.

in a previous modpack i played the goblins could be forced to sit on the stools you have in the villager house by placing them above the stool and letting them fall onto it, from what was shown they wouldnt despawn when they were on a stool too

jordan's list of priorities:
get a lot or resources to be able to spend them without having to go mining every ten minutes? NO
automate very basic resources like wood and cobble to easily input them into other production lines? NO
automate resource processing/doubling to easily make lots of bullets? NO
have better stress production so the machines can run faster? NO
make a cramped production line for the materials needed for high-end weapons i definitely do not have the materials for? _hell yeah_

for tetra: the gilding scroll has to be put directly on top of the tetra workbench. two gilding scrolls of the same level can be combined to a higher one.
also, enchantments on tetra tools are applied to the different parts of the tool. so if you have an enchantment on the handle and swap it out, that enchantment is gone. but the enchantments on the other parts are unaffected. when you turn an enchanted vanilla tool into a tetra tool, the enchantments get randomly assigned to the different parts.

Jardon *would* go through the effort of crafting a glider (seemingly unenchantable and limited lifespan), instead of using his creative-mining-speed pickaxe to dig a staircase or just build some darn ladders with ladder-climbing-speed skill 🙃... or elevators. You built an elevator with create in the previous series already. 100+ Gearboxes sittin' in wait. I could bet in the time it took to craft that glider (starting from getting hemp seeds and bonemeal'ing it to crafting it) - you could've dug a 2x1x120 hole into the ground and crafted 2 stacks of ladders. Maybe even a trap door for the top too. Bucket of water in the offhand and go to town; Or even a staircase from somewhere in the overworld, 4 blocks high, from surface to bedrock (if there was no caves or lava pools in the way).
create has a pump that extends a tube down, you could dig a shaft to the cave lava pit and set that pump up on the surface to gather a bunch of lava. Edit: I think that pump may treat large enough lava pools as infinite. Edit 2: ah you mentioned the pump with the hose, the suggestion to pump the overworld lava pool still stands.

so just be careful where u place the portal then walk forward!!

What it is is that the item states that jei doesn't show is a blacklist, one [The one with the crafting recipe] Is the uncharged version and one is the charged version.

Bruh a create mod train can go through nether portals, have one fill up with lava and come through
decided to pick this modpack up myself but everytime i load a world i just freeze to death even if i have 1.) a campfire and 2.) im inside like??? i froze to death in the middle of the day while in a swamp like how is that even possible
If you are on the latest version (Cap isn't) Cold sweat scales with game difficulty.
Pause the game, go into settings, and click the "CS" button. It'll open the options for Cold sweat.
Then set it to easy. That is what the modpack is intended to be played on.
Then get yourself some leather armor to start. You can find it in chests inside the houses and obtain a flint and steel.
If you're freezing just light 3 fires close to each other and stand by them.
I think the game starts off at a random season which is why the temp seems random sometimes. From the end of Fall to the beginning of spring it gets pretty cold.

For future reference, here's a simple Create contraption to toss buckets back and forth through portals. This is just for the toss & catch part, so you'll have to rely on your own ingenuity to hook up rotational force and pipes and whatnot.
Step 0: collect 1 wrench, 1 item drain, 1 hose pulley, 1 spout, 2 chute, 2 gearbox, 4 small cogs, 6 mechanical belt, 18 shaft, 12-32 obsidian.
1. Build a 3x3 portal flush with the ground (meaning the base of the portal frame is on the same level as the ground).
2. Use the power of your imagination to imagine your keyboard's number pad is the ground. Imagine that the bottom of the portal's frame is the [-] [+] and [enter] keys.
3. Stand on [0] and put a gearbox on [*] then a shaft on [9].
4. Put shafts on [/] then [numlock].
5. Put shafts on [3] [2] and [1] and connect them with a mechanical belt (rotate them if necessary).
6. Put a small cog on [5] and another small cog on top of it.
7. Put a shaft on [4] then rotate it and connect it the shaft on [numlock] with a belt.
8. Put a chute above the belt at [7].
9. Put a shaft above [8] at the same height as the chute. Connect it to the shaft on [9] with a belt.
10. Connect rotational force at maximum speed and confirm that items on the belts get hurled through the portal.
11. In the other dimension, make sure the portal is 3x3, then find your items and repeat steps 1 through 10 on that side of the portal.
12. You should now be able to watch an item consistently get tossed back and forth. Without further modification this will function as a chunk loader.
13. In the dimension where you want to suck lava, put a spout above the belt at [4] and connect pipes and a hose pulley to fill it.
14. In the dimension where you want to dump lava, tap the belt at [4] with your wrench to shorten it then put an item drain there. Connect pipes and a hose pulley to empty the drain.
15. Finally toss a bucket onto any belt and watch it go around and around. Add another bucket or two if desired.
