Great stuff! When was this recorded? Just discovered Alvin Curran (an MEV member who must be well into his 70's) via a NYT article (link below) about his father's trombone, which he "found again" recently. Hope to hear some trombone solos from the group soon! www.nytimes.com/2016/05/15/opinion/sunday/the-trombone-comes-home.html?_r=0
This Album was made in 1969 in Paris by Ivan Coaquette and myself ( Patricia-Jessika Chekler ) ,,, the French branch of MEV,,,, !
You guys did a great job. The best music for all kind of trips.
MEV still exist. Alvin Curran, one of its founders, still lives and plays here in Rome.
As a standard hippie, I resent that comment! However, I agree that this is a great track.
Thanks Derek Higgins!
I thought it was "Dereck." ???
Great spacy/droney stuff.
Dereck Higgins, this one's for you. Thanks for the upload. Whew.
Not your standard hippy bullshit... simply amazing.
This sounds so much in line with Kraftwerk beginnings in the late sixties with a group called organization.

Just for the record, while MEV was formed in Italy, I believe most of the members of the group were actually Americans.
