The big ten didnt even hide their bias in 2020; they literally bent their own rules for the whole world to see, just to protect that damn buckeye brand, all because a fair, by the rules at the time conference title game of indiana vs northwestern would have not guaranteed a cfp berth, no matter the winner.
@@Krobscorner2006 thats a fair point. I mean I’m sure they had their ‘reasons’ but the big ten really showed everybody what they were about and i agree with you 100%
It isnt just Indiana, but the "have not" power conference schools historically that get looked down on. Its all of them vs the system, and the establishment.
There are still unbeaten college football teams that did not get in on the CFP. I understand strength of schedule and other factors but not allowing an unbeaten team to at least try a Cinderella run is just criminal. Yes they need to expand to have a sort of wild card before the official CFP TO ALLOW 4 unbeaten teams to battle for 2 additional spots in the bracket. One for each side of the Bracket. Maybe even 4 spots and not just 2 if there are 8 unbeaten teams in the country.
Thank you for highlighting the 2020 season with the Big Ten taking us out of the championship game, we were scammed.
Of course! Saved that one for last too. 🤝

I made a mistake sometime around 10:27 when I say "ESPN commentators" where it is actually Big Noon Kickoff.

Yeah, i would agree with that. That kind of thing would give those teams a chance to host a playoff game which would be huge for their school.
