☉ Grew up with a single mum in New Zealand. Dropped out of high school at 16 and became the youngest sex ed teacher in the country.
☉ Became a church youth pastor at 18 for almost 10 years. Loved it, but it was tough.
☉ 2018-2020: Started in the online space in 2018. Initially did everything for everyone. Then focused on running ads for coaches, scaling the agency to $130k/m. Launched a coaching program in 2020, and had my first million-dollar year.
☉ 2021: Grew the coaching program to a $347k cash month in 16 months. Got awards and did $2 mil cash. The stress was overwhelming. Team of 13. Big hours. Constant pressure. knew something had to change.
Started traveling the world…
☉ 2022: Burnt out. Fired 8 team members. Turned off marketing & sales for 7 months, and focused on retaining clients. Still made $2 mil cash with a team of 4, working 8-12 hours a week. Big “aha” moment. Traveled to 11 countries and moved to Bali.
☉ 2023: Let go of everyone but my VA. Stopped all sales calls and killed bloated program. Returned to 1:1 coaching. Hit $95k/m profit 86 days after launching the offer. Then launched a group program, making $1 mil profit while working 10-15 hours a week and fell in love with my business.
☉ 2024: Biz makes $150-180k/m at 90% margins. Me, a VA, and a few contractors help with projects. Still working 10-15 hours a week and loving the business.
