Hi Flo. I did my Ancestry DNA. Of course Im 66% Nigerian on this test. Well, I have quite a number of relatives in Igbo land. And some are in Nnewi😁😁😁. Xoxo love from A Jamaican sis.🇯🇲
I started watching a you tuber from Nnewi and I was blown away by the size of they houses. I have never seen a kitchen or a doorway that size in a private home.
Wow Flo Thank you so much for show casing my hometown Nnewi. I also got to see GUO's RISE Clinic and all the lovely places Anambra State has to offer. I am so happy. Well I didn't see any of my cousin's yet. I am shocked that they have not completed Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral. It has been under construction since my childhood days. So you just passed my mom's sisters former house @ 27:49. It has since been converted to Dr. Alutu's College. So when you made the left turn that took you down to Igwe Orizu Rd, that junction used to be Izuchukwu Motors Garage to your left. There's been a lot of changes since I came home last in 2007 to bury my dad. You all were actually on the right path to Igwe's House which is behind Eke Amobi. Nwafor Orizu is from my village Ndiakwu Otolo. My village is another 12 minutes drive from Igwe's Palace. I have actually not been inside his palace the furthest that I have been is where you ended the vlog. Thank you so much Flo. Nnewi Amaka, Nnewi Dinma!
Oh, so does it mean that the construction of Assumption Cathedral predates Ifeanyi's political ambition? It's quite unlike the Catholic church to leave their church uncompleted for so long because the Catholic Church is a rich church. There must be more to the story of that church's delayed completion. Aww! That means your house is in that area that still has a village setting with lots of green vegetation. For me, it's a good thing because I prefer being in a village setting if I am in my hometown. Those people that their country homes have now been swallowed by development will always feel like they are in the city. They can't hear the birds chirp or watch uze flying from tree to tree. lol
@@FloChinyere Absolutely it does predate Ifeanyi Uba's political ambitions. I'm glad they loved it. Actually, I thought that Nwafor Orizu is your Igwe and that the College of Education was named after your Igwe. And when I saw his initials K. O.
