Be efficient Cam. Put sizing markers on the wall so you don't have to give Google map directions to the sizes and move the bags by the register. Especially since you work the shop alone it seems.
💯 also basic service advice is to walk customers to the location of their sizes on wall… rough being solo in store though

Cam, to be quite honest this wasn’t a good move at all. You should have learned from the Dallas store that there is no need for a store of this size. It is not welcoming for consumers when you are running a business as a one man show, especially a store this large. You cannot continue to make the same mistakes over and over again! You need to either consult with business owners or take a business course in college; either or would be great for self development. Lastly, stop pulling family into your business, in all reality, which anyone can tell you, nobody wants to continue to volunteer unless your applying force. Take this as valuable advice.
I don’t agree with your logic! He sells a bunch online and to have a store where anyone can walk in pretty much anytime is a just a bonus!! I’m sure his overhead isn’t too high either so I think it’s a great move!! Also his family lives closer than when he was in Texas so they can come help him for basically free whenever he is in need!! The store isn’t all that big either. Seems like a perfect size! Stay woke bud!

So Rami has more room to work with people on pricing because Cool Kicks flips way more pairs than Cam! Also Cam built his business from his own social media followers at first and then opened his own small store in York, PA I believe. So everything that he has built up to today is his work unlike Rami! Rami built his social media platforms yes but had a massive exposure outlet which is Cool Kicks! I’m not saying Rami couldn’t have done it like Cam eventually but I highly doubt it on his own in a huge city like LA!
