I’m the same just found Emma Bridgewater and so lucky with their amazing sale haha. That’s awful that they dropped the parcel I’ve had similar situations but with a John Lewis parcel of Emma Bridgwater mr and Mrs cups they had threw my parcel over my fence but it was luckily ok
