The Deep-Walkers, Hall-Roamers, Fang-Stealers, Bell-Breakers, Gloom-Drinkers, Claw Scorchers, Shroom-Brewers, Ridge-Lurkers, Mask-Bearers, Town-Dwellers and all the other tribes between Gundabad and Erebor must all be permanently removed before Aule's children can find peace in the northwest of Middle Earth
And there is plenty for you to love in V4 as well. lots of new elves and Noldor will be able to be invited to Edhellond. We also have elf friend dwarves in the blue mountains ;)
And here I was waiting for a Beleriand update🤔. Just joking, looks amazing. I honestly don’t even think of this game as ck3 anymore, it’s REALMS IN EXILE ft. ck3 😄

4 months late, and you've probably already heard this. But this main mod update seems to be adding in a lot of places and mechanics from the Eriador submod. Whilst I assume your update will have way more depth to it and a lot more to enjoy in playthroughs, do you think the submod Restoration of Arnor will work with the main mod after the update is released? As I loved that submod, and it required the Eriador submod to work
No. It is extremely unlikely that any such submods are compatible unless they are actively being worked on still. The main eriador submod stopped seeing production as soon as we showed the developer that we were working on Eriador ourselves.

I have been playing Gondor from the mod, and I have some suggestions. Firstly, I would like to see the blood of Numenor mechanics reworked, as presently the traits disappear earlier than I think is intended. It would also be nice to have some further buffs to Edhellond, as Anfalas decided to conquer it and could do so fairly easily. I cannot presently build up Edhellond very much because of the Elvish stronghold limit or whatever it is called, as I have only one Elvish holding in the entire realm.
We have two concepts for different ways we could and would like to rework numenorean blood. However one of the two main things we could like to do is currently not feasable to an unfortunate quirk with histoical characters. Edhellond has already recieved multiple buffs to be where it is at now. If you want to become stronger, you simply must convert other counties in gondor to elvish holdings. You can speed up the rate at which you can do so in the game rules
@@PardonerJauffre actually, I think that blood of Numenor is too common in the game. Strong numenorean blood should be reserved only to Denethor and Faramir, and maaaaybe to princes of Dol Amroth(but I don't think so, they barely passed a hundred years in the late third age), as blood of Numenor is all but spent. From nature of middle earth we learn that after the deaths of Aragorn, Faramir and lastly Eldarion even kings of Gondor didn't live exceptionally long.
@MrArgotin The Princes of Dol Amroth don't have strong blood because according to the team's loremaster, we actually know the death ages of the lords of gondor and they don't live as long as most. I dont know what to tell you other than that the team has decided that the arnorians have stronger blood. We've had conversations about it in the past, and I just don't remember the logic right now, haha
@@PardonerJauffre The stewards of Gondor live on average more or less the same as the lords of dol amroth. I would argue that one of the reasons Denethor married Finduilas is that her house also has stronger blood. Since Faramir lived up to 120 his blood must not have been dilluted.
@@PardonerJauffreto be fair that is reflected both in Tolkien’s own extended writings as the Chieftains and their kinsmen seem to have remained few in number but with the gifts and blood of Numenor running with greater strength and purity through them. Obviously Halbarad is a good example as well as with Aragorn’s maternal grandparents who both possessed “foresight”. In the coming update will Aragorn be able to acquire his heirlooms by the artefact system (sending inspired courtiers to adventure etc) or an event chain (reforging the sword etc? Because he has a few he could claim Anduril, Sceptre of Annuminas, Elendelmir (fake and original) and of course the lost palantiri of Fornost and Amon Sul. Not to mention the artefacts from Gondor. Also will he get the Grey Company as a house guard? Sorry for all the questions but this is the update I’ve been waiting for since the mods launch lol.

4 months late. If you haven't figured out yet, whilst we wait for this to be included in the main mod. You can just play a beta version of ck3, and use the submods Eriador (gives the areas, as this mod is the one being worked into the main mod), and Restoration of Arnor (adds some mechanics). I think they're both 1.9.x version mods. Both have been abandoned, because Eriador, as I said, is being worked into the main mod. And Restoration of Arnor required Eriador to work, so it hasn't worked since Eriador stopped being updated

Are you talking about reaching the Meneltarma? I was able to do it by using cheats to give myself the Master Mariner trait. I think the system was broken, because I had gone on multiple "set sail" events and had not even received the trait, let alone been able to level it up, and as the game says, you need to have the trait and a good ship to have a reasonable chance of passing Ulmo's storms. As for the one ring, I didn't even know it was in the game yet? As for trying to reload the event, I have often found that Ck3 seems to have rolled the outcome of an event before the event appears, which is not to say that it isn't random, but that it's randomised beforehand.

I tested it on learning black speech which has a 5% learning rate. you can save before you make a decision and try until the end if you are patient enough, but unfortunately I had no luck and gave up. I did it out of curiosity to see what I could discover on this trip. As for sailing, I'm not sure about the name, but it's probably how we set out in search of numenor, after sailing through the storm. we reach the mountain and we have a 1% chance of not being shipwrecked at the highest level of sailing if i remamber well.
Right! I got my supposition after continually reloading a harm event where the chance was decidedly not 20%. And I think the chance for getting to the Meneltarma can be improved with better skills and the Mariner trait.

We have not finished version 4. the current version of realms in exile is v3. Dwarves are in version 4
