I think it's worth mentioning to your viewers that early models of the Helios 80 were flawed. The clump crusher would get bent out of the chute and you would end up with blocks and chunks of espresso. Eureka in Italy are well aware of this - as they refunded my machine 6 months later. 6 months of being told my burrs weren't broken in. 6 months of being told I'm grinding too fine. I finally took it apart and realized that the clump crusher, made of tin-foil-like metal, was bent upwards and out of the way. I think it's worth mentioning this to your viewers.
The Smeg machines are made by Delonghi, the Ec685m models are applicable to the Dedica model reviews. I personally have worked on both machines internally and both are exactly the same. To be fair however, their last review on that model was long ago.

Eureka cheaped the hell out of that "Neo" version. That's literally a recycled Zenith club 60 body with a Zenith 65 motor. Shame on you Eureka!
