- Can you make a Geometry Dash level using just 50 objects? We held a Creator Contest in our Discord to see just that, with a prize of $100 for the winner. The results were honestly pretty insane, including a bunch of rate-worthy levels and a strong fight for 1st place!

The particle use on blinding lights is absolutly insane. Once that level gets updated without the restriccions I can't imagine how cleaner it will look.

I had no idea Hearth only used 50 objects, it is to this day *my favorite level in the game*

idea: 3 colors, 5-25 unique objects, must be 32-48 seconds in length. Bare minimum to work.
I thought of shaders first and gradient second, loops next

Bro this is crazy i played hearth and thought it was one kf my fav levels had 0 idea it was only 50 objects, that is insane.
Glad I managed to get 3rd place! It was a really fun contest to build outside my comfort zone and the other entries in this video are really impressive!

@@GDCreatorSchool i couldn't be contacted? wasn't there a thing in the form where i needed to state my discord? also idrk how that would factor into my level not being able to be judged (also i didn't realize i left actually until like yesterday whoops my fault)
You can’t contact someone on Discord if you share no mutual servers with them, as was the case with you, and you needed to be in the server to receive most of the awards in the first place. It wasn’t any one person’s decision here, all of the judges decided it would be that way.
@@GDCreatorSchool i really really really doubt i had no mutual servers with the judges or anyone else considering i'm in the official gd server and a lot of other places but sure okay!
I didn’t see you in the official server when searching for your tag during the judging phase, so once again there’s not much that can be done about that.
