Hey Sussi........I'm going to be honest with you. The wind turbine does not create a whole lot of energy. It trickles in and helps us out, but the solar panels we have produce about 10 times more the electricity. If you are thinking about doing some off-grid power I would consider Solar power first and then add the wind turbine second as a back up in case you have a cloudy day. Thanks!
