Empowered Carers in Trafford (dementia focused therapeutic support in Trafford, Greater Manchester).

Age UK Salford are working with partners in Trafford to offer Empowered Carers to families affected by dementia. This enhances the support already available in Trafford from Age UK Trafford, Trafford Carers Centre, Alzheimer's Society, Together Dementia Support to name a few.
Caregivers can receive 3 free Empowered Carers sessions, if it's right for them, they can self-fund or they could speak with Trafford Carers Centre about using their Carers Personal Budget to pay for sessions.
