This is very real, as a confused teenage boy Rachel Rose Mitchell's songs were a beautiful break from life and brought so much joy to me and my siblings. Now as a grown fem-enby-girl-creature-thing I can still get spine tingles and maniacal joy out of this music, it's utterly stunning

Your music has helped me through some tough times, an abusive relationship and my stay at the mental hospital. Your music also always has been a huge source of inspiration for me and is one of the reasons why I'm now studying English at university. The CD of your Album Light Shows and Shadow Puppets from when I was 12 still has its special place on my shelf. Just like your music has its special place in my heart!
