Any lead with a speed aura should be fine, the goal is to make the entire team go first. Iron brago is not needed, any champ with AOE CC should do. He is picked mainly for his passive and damage.
I have Psylar but don't have the resource to build her yet, but the skills are closed enough. Without speed aura, she needs pretty high speed to start with A3. I would use stun, daze or provoke set to cc the wave with her A1 after that.
