I set my Volvo XC70 up into a camper. I got a child's mattress from George Asda, it is surprising how comfy it is. I take my camping stove for cooking on and bought some silver sun shields from Aldi and cut them out to cover all the windows. Now where to go you ask? Well Mam Tor just below the broken road it is free parking and you get quite a few Van lifers there, but even at weekend there is plenty of space right the way up to Odins mine. If you ever fancy going up there give us a shout and I will show you around! The Black Bull is good for food and there are plenty of walks up Mam Tor and along the ridge to Back Tor and Loose Hill. Dont forget Elland Road Mill as well the last working steam mill, because you never know when these things will end!
Brilliant series so far, I only watched your last video yesterday, went straight to the channel page to see if you'd posted anymore, when I realised you hadn't and it had been three weeks I thought, okay nevermind he's probably quit hahaha, fortunately I subscribed just incase you post anytime soon. Very glad I did that. Keep up the good work.
This journey is incredible, so good to watch, one thing bothers me, the gas burners being positioned underneath some of the back door, heat and steam from cooking could mess or melt any plastics or seals.
Probably wouldn't drive around with the cooker up there and store it under while driving as might end up dislodging and smashing the window. You could have a secondary slide out from inside of the box section for the cooker so its further away from the car so it doesn't smoke the car out when cooking.
Amazing. Just goes to show it’s never too small to be a camper. A masterclass in tiny space design. Yeah Love that!
This channel is going to go far. I can feel it in my bones.
Now and then I watch a UA-cam video and realise I have smiled all the way through and this is such a one!
Aw that’s a great comment to receive thanks so much 😃
@@yeahlovethat You are very welcome. I like all your videos' contents but this series really appeals to me.
That's amazing how much you can fit in a space so compact. It really looks great.
It’s nuts isn’t it. I’ve actually been away for a couple of nights in it already and it’s well comfy
@@yeahlovethat That is wonderful. Would like to see a video about a trip with it.

I've got 2006 Aygo and this is so appealing 😃
Looking forward to seeing more. Keep it up Lads
Nice work 👌
Look forward to seeing where you install the shitter 👍
Incredible haha. Would recommend getting something to stop the kitchen sliding into the glass boot though when driving!
We’ve actually got something doing that temporarily but going to get a proper lock on the runners 👍
Ah bang on mate! Love the series, I have an Aygo and still baffled how you two have managed this 😂

Ah buzzing you stuck around 😃 next episode is going to be a good one, all the internal fittings and stuff
Definitely compact but very functional. Waiting to see the toilet and shower.
Shower we have an outside stick on idea. Toilet will be a stretch 😂😂
Neat. Maybe even put an insert onto the sink so that you can use it as a chopping board / work surface for food prep ? Ringo
Ooo yeah nice idea

Yes Turnip :) Nice ending :)
Super cool :)
Love the tiny slide away kitchen. Where’s the cooker gas? Is it butane?
Going to figure the gas out in the next video. Along with other internal fittings, i can’t wait 😂
