Bravo! Excellent parenting. You are great examples of how to work together. Good for you. A good tip. Babies throw up a lot. I always put a soft baby blanket over my clothes on my shoulder. So if they throw up you launder the blanket, but don't have to change your clothes. They even have a blanket with plastic on the bottom to waterproof them for you. And, Josh can have all his baby blankets covered with mommy smell to make baby happy. And remember, you don't have to jump and pick the baby up the minute she cries. Talk to her. Assure her you are there. Explain your clearing the dishes or whatever you're finishing up. "Good talking, baby. I'll be with you in a minute. I hear you. I'm coming to get you very soon. Good talking, baby." Again, I'm so proud of you. We know it's not easy.
YEP, and a family member used to record her voice singing lullabies, so that they could play the sound when she was gone, or when she was working on something and it would help the baby calm down👌🤓

When she is sleeping, let her get use to noise within the household. All the things, so she can self regulate and have a deeper sleep cycle. Put her in her crib and use whatever nightime gadget you have, so she can soothe herself. It takes time, but can help. You two are doing so well! ❤
Another tip is to keep a basket of snacks like granola bars/ cookies/ juice and water in your bedroom or wherever you do middle of the night feedings! So you can stay fed and hydrated on those long nights! You guys are doing amazing!
저도 두 아이 모두 독박육아와 완모로 키웠는데 하루에 저녁 한끼밖에 못 먹었었어요. 밤중 수유로 잠도 못 잤죠. 39키로까지 살이 너무 빠져서 결국 갑상선 항진증이라는 병을 얻었답니다. 지금 큰 아이가 중3이라 먼 얘기지만요. 가비씨~꼭 건강 챙기면서 육아하세요~^^화이팅 입니다.

If she is spitting up a lot after using a bottle, try to make sure there is no air in the nipple area of the bottle. I can’t emphasize enough how much this has helped my family. My youngest sister for example was so fussy and threw up after every bottle. We started leaning her back more when she ate so that the milk in the bottle covered the whole cap/nipple and the fussiness and vomit stopped almost completely. I think babies just can’t handle swallowing too much air. Their stomachs and guts just can’t handle it well. Praying for continued safety and happiness for your family 😊
I am loving these videos. It is bringing back memories when my child was a baby. You both are navigating parenting very well and are the co-parenting is exceptional.
@@debbie.9752 In Korea, people eat seaweed soup a lot after giving birth. because seaweed contains a lot of nutrients that the mother needs. So I think I would cook a lot of seaweed soup and meat! Meat is a must for the mother :-)

I think all your ravenous hunger comes not just from breastfeeding but making up for all that time you were so sick with nausea during pregnancy that you couldn’t eat! Lol do you even remember that? It gets erased from mama’s minds sometimes. I still remember it 13 years later. You guys are working so well together. I keep saying it, what a great parenting team. And how lovely that Josh really SEES you and understands how difficult it must be while he’s working. That’s awrsome😊

You know, people keep pestering me about not being married or having a child yet, but then I realise that growing up I didn't have a single example of a healthy, supportive relationship and parenting in front of me, quite the opposite. So it's no wonder that I keep postponing and dreading these things. 유축 계속 많이하면 양이 더 늘어요. 안아플정도만 빼주고 아기가 빨리면 아기한테 양이 맞춰져서 좋아요~~ 신기하게 아이의 양에 맞게 모유가 맞춰집니다. 아님 뺄수록 채워져서 양이 많아져요..ㅠㅠ 하루에 가득찬 기저귀 갯수로 모유가 잘 먹고있는지 체크하면되더라고요.. 지금은 7-8개정도? 나오면 모유는 충분할 걸로… 좀 지나면 유축해도 잘 안나와서 모유가 줄었다 생각하는데 기저귀 개수로 따지면 잘먹고 있는거니 걱정 안해도되구요..^^ 저도 완모로 둘 키웠습니다

이시기에는 아기가 폭풍성장하기때문에 밤에 영아산통으로 아기들도 아프고 힘들어서 많이 울고 짜증을 냅니다. 저희 큰애도 그랬던거 같아요. 그랬던녀석이 훌쩍 커서 어느덧 대학생이 되었네요. 힘든시기이지만 잘 이겨내시고 지나고 나면 또 그때가 그리울거예요. 저는 미숙했던 초보엄마의 실수들도 떠오르고... 새록새록 추억이 스며들기도 해요. 😊

아기가 순한편인것 같아서 너무나 다행이에요. 까다로운 아기를 키우게 되면은 돌 지나서 까지도 정말 죽을맛 이에요. 첫째인데도 아기를 너무나 잘 키우시는것 같아요. 모유수유를 하셔서 아기가 더 건강한것 같아요. 계속 건강하고 행복한 가족이 됬으면 좋겠네요.

유축 계속 많이하면 양이 더 늘어요. 안아플정도만 빼주고 아기가 빨리면 아기한테 양이 맞춰져서 좋아요~~ 신기하게 아이의 양에 맞게 모유가 맞춰집니다. 아님 뺄수록 채워져서 양이 많아져요..ㅠㅠ
하루에 가득찬 기저귀 갯수로 모유가 잘 먹고있는지 체크하면되더라고요.. 지금은 7-8개정도? 나오면 모유는 충분할 걸로… 좀 지나면 유축해도 잘 안나와서 모유가 줄었다 생각하는데 기저귀 개수로 따지면 잘먹고 있는거니 걱정 안해도되구요..^^ 저도 완모로 둘 키웠습니다
