There are youtube videos that help explain what they sound like. It can be very helpful in quickly resolving your babies needs within the first 5 months. If you don't respond to the cries, the intensity of the cries will increase and it becomes harder to figure out. Owh- Sleepy Neh =Hungry Eh- Burp Heh=Discomfort - Nappy Change for Example Eair" = Lower Abdomen Pain Gas/Wind Look up the DUNSTAN BABY LANGUAGE FOR MORE INFO.

You can’t stop your lives completely just because Julie cries. You mentioned in your last post that you went for a shower and she couldn’t smell you. There is a balance that needs to found. Give her all the reassurance she needs without stopping you and Josh’s lives completely.
I'm so sorry for laughing watching this because its literally me when i went on holiday with my husband to celebrate my birthday with my newborn baby. You learn everyday, that the best bday gift is just to stay at home and have me time when you're a new mom 😂 but i'm glad you still have a good time and memories ❤

I remember those early challenging months. You have absolutely NO time for anything but the baby. This will pass and get better. As first time parents, you're doing such a phenomenal job adjusting to massive changes. I had the privilege of visiting the Cotswolds and it's so beautiful and quaint.

why the sad emoji?? i loved flying with my baby. just make sure to be prepared, book the bassinet you get for free, book a night flight! pack lots of entertainment, stickers are amazing, get some snacks, for yourself too, and just try the stay calm and baby will be calm. it doesnt have to be horrible :)
The most important thing for you to remember is this…life is hard. Your number one job, after giving your children all your love is to let them experience the hard things in life…don’t try to bend the world so that everything is easy; embrace the challenges and your family will thrive.
