@@10smike I have watched all your senior tennis videos! It really seems like lower body strength and conditioning are the key factors! I turn 60 on Sunday and hope to compete with these guys! Mobility and flexibility are keys to competing! Especially on grass and clay! Very few aces! You have to be able to volley like Saiki, Vines and the Australian guy who has been number one for a while.
