Thank you for your videos. I'm a homeschooling mum trying to teach Gaeigle to my child. I'm using a school program but all teacher's resources are in Irish. So all your explanations are very useful to me 😊
That's lovely to hear and I'm glad these videos are helpful, I really enjoy making them and it's nice to know they're are reaching new audiences in these unusual times. I could make all my videos 100% through Irish but I know lots of people would be marginalised then 😊
@@LearnIrish it was indeed me 😂. Thanks for remembering. Not sure if you got my email as well? I sent it to the email I found on your facebook. It might've ended up in your spam folder.
I love your channel. Very useful. I think it could be useful sometimes to break down the phrases into their individual words and analyze them a bit more
An-dheas Dane. On this note: One type of question I've never been able to work out is "cá" when it's not followed by a bí form. Cá bhfuil/raibh/mbeidh/mbeadh is all fine, but how would I say, eg, "where do/did/will/would I put it"?
I've never heard or seen it put like that, perhaps the following could help you to phrase it more appropriately - An gcuirfidh....? = will I put or the conditional tense - An gcuirfeadh.....?
@@LearnIrish oh ok, I thought of it cause we had one here last night. It was glorious. Also there's nothing like getting to witness firsthand lightning hitting a gas station parking lot
Hi, There are 3 words for what ... Ceard Cad agus Cen .... apart from learning situational context is there a rule of thumb to tell when each should be used? Go raibh maith agat!
Honestly it's asking questions that always confused me in Irish. I could never get my head around the rules. It's amazing how 12 years of mandatory schooling and I couldn't even understand a simple question

THANK YOU!!! I've waited for this one.
Such a helpful channel.
Sin é, I've been meaning to do this topic for a while and then a few weeks ago someone suggested it to me in the comments, perhaps it was you!

Yes that's a good idea, I was thinking about that, I'll hope to have something on that topic in the next few weeks 😊

How do you think you might say it?
@@LearnIrish My best shot was "Cá a gcuirim/chuir mé/gcuirfidh mé/gcuirfinn é.

One of your best ever. GRMA!
You're very kind, thank you

Not really, they are reasonably interchangeable, for example cad is ainm dom and cén t-ainm atá ort.

I love your veido ❣️❣️❣️
Me too,
Oups Gaeilge instead of Gaeigle!! 😜
I never noticed but mistakes happen to all of us 🙂
I have begun to freeze these videos to write everything down..
Good idea, make sure you switch on the subtitles, every single video has subtitles but you need to turn them on.
