The story of Zuleikha including her name was a product of romanticised persian Sufi poetry by Jami. It added some details which were not in Quran or Hadith about her being young and marrying Joseph. But it was more of an allegory of How she transcends worldly love to Divine love. She at the end realises that Beloved and Lord cannot be separate. A reoccurring theme in Sufi Islamic mysticism.

Although this film is about the story of Joseph but the bible doesn't says that Joseph has ever married Potiphar's wife, so this episode contradicts the Bible. It's made up and it's not really true about Joseph marrying Potiphar's wife or she was old then became young.
