Ha thank you! Appreciate the comment as I sacrifice a lot of sleep to create content and help others in the community. If you ever want to schedule a call with me to discuss your store or ads you can do so here: calendly.com/theecomzone/30min. This is one way to support me as there is a small £10 fee to deter scammers and no shows.
@@theecomzone Definitely gonna schedule a call man. Wanna see this dropshipping thing through the end. Will you ever do something like live product research? Would be cool to see how you navigate aliexpress. I've seen everything your channel has so far. Love it
@@matthiascrea6751 I look forward to jumping on a call with you to discuss your problems and solutions. Stay tuned for tonight's video as I go through my step-by-step process of finding products, importing them into DSers, and then into Shopify. It's pretty much a live video but not live haha if that even makes sense.
Calling you amazing is an understatement👏
Ha thanks 😎 Hope my videos provide you with value
CPC € 0.14
CPM € 1.37
Get a lot of traffic but it won't convert to any sales... it's so frustrating...
It seems like you're running traffic campaign or campaigns not optimised for Sales and Purchases. Watch my Ad creation videos to see what I mean if you're unsure.
@@theecomzone Yeah you would say so, but it's optimized for "sales" at the Campaign level. On adset level "maximize number of conversions" and pixel on "purchase" so I don't get it...
Maybe I need to have a 1-1 call with you.
@@ivarsmindset what's your Shopify metrics for atc, checkout and purchases? If there's a website issue watch my product page improvements to boost ATC rate.
And yes that isn't a bad idea as I will be able to personally identify your issues and provide you with solutions in our discovery call. You can schedule a meeting here

There is a small fee to deter scammers, spammers and no shows. I hope you understand. I also want to make it clear to everyone that I will not be promoting courses, programmes, or groups in my calls.
@@theecomzone I already figured what the problem was... I focused on Latam, a shit audience for ecom. Now focus on North-America & Europe and things are starting to look better.
Sorry for not joining the premiere for this video but if anybody has any questions please leave a comment and I'll be happy to help.
Hey ecom zone, thank you for the free value brother.
I have a question: how to improve the “initiate checkout” rate? You talked about improving add to carts but they seem fine here. Now, less people initiate checkout and then purchases are kinda the same as IC
You're welcome, what's your atc, checkout and purchase rates for the past week? Also your AOV please.
For the UK market, what price do you recommend me to set for print-on-demand T-shirts and hoodies? My second question is: Do people in the UK wear hoodies during the summer season?
Tees and apparel sell well all year round tbh. How come you're selling to the UK market only? Price check high street stores like Zara, River Island, and Next, etc. Although this depends on your designs and quality.
If you like the design the most, what price are you ready to pay for the T-shirt and hoodie?
@@donkeylovers7608 Usually a tee is around £15-25 and Hoodies £30-50
Hey can you do a video showing us how to reduce CPM and cpc?
I believe I already have, should be this video here

@@theecomzone thanks bro!
Love your videos, and this was just what i needed!
I started my store the 19th march and running meta ads, so far my ATC is 6.50 %, Reached checkout 3,63 % and conversion 3 %. Have had 15 orders so far.
CPM is $21.72 and CPC $ 0,67. Markup is about 40-50 %. Im selling in the $25-40 range and average order value is $40.
I'm barely profitable, and think it might be because of my markup and CPM. After watching your video im thinking about raising my prices a bit, which i guess will hurt my conversion rate. Do you have any advice or tips?
Not a bad ATC rate at all, looking very promising with your store metrics. Now it's time to create a BOF campaign and iron out your automated email flows. Make sure your abandoned cart emails have discount codes. You can always adjust prices slightly and see how it reacts but no more than a few dollars. Add more products to your store as well.
If you want you can book a discovery call with me here calendly.com/theecomzone/30min. There is a small £10 fee to avoid scammers, spammers and no-shows. I guarantee you that you will come out of the call with a better idea of how to become profitable in the long run. I also won't be selling anything in the call as that is no the point of the call and I don't actually have any courses ha.
Thanks a lot, i just updated my automated email flow and added discounts. I also booked you april the 12th. I really appreciate your help, i will be testing some ads, so i have some data for the call. See you then! :)
@@Bottger93 You're welcome, I hope it helps and speak to you soon! Look forward to our call and yes that would be good.
What do you think about digital products, good way to gain capital to start a niche brand store?
There are many ways to make money, good or bad who knows. Only you will know once you try. Just don't scam people or sell garbage products.
How are your meta ads going? Is there any improvement? When do you think this situation will get better?
Performance is still volatile, but the past few days have improved slightly, but nowhere near the budget that I would like to be spending daily.
@@theecomzone Do you think this is the beginning of a new system or just a bug? If you ask me, it's completely a bug because bot visitors to the site and bot additions to cart show this.

Is this the current index? My campaign currently has a very high CPM of over 50USD
So if your CPM is over 50 USD then it may be due to the country you're advertising to, the industry you're in, the relevance score of your ads, the type of ad (format) or your ad creative/copy needs to be improved. What is your CPC?
@@theecomzone about 2usd, I tried 2 products from 2 different niches: pets and decorations. However, cpm always tends to increase gradually above 50usd. I only focus on the US
Do you think it’s worth operating in a niche that’s quite broad but has the option to promote various products, such as home decor?
I have a video scheduled for this week for the kitchen niche so stay tuned for it! I discuss niches and subniches and how to find products for these niches. You can go broad and then narrow down with subniches but try to have a theme going. I went for Japanese theme but you can go for Scandinavian, or all black or all white, etc, you can get creative with it. I mention this in that video.
What are the best niches that i can work on +what suppliers are you working wiht
Find a niche that has potential and demand but also something you have an interest in otherwise you'll get burnt out when shit hits the fan. Stay tuned for my next video.
Hi bro i have a question if i am targeting europe multiple countries what language should my creatives be in is english all right
I only have English ads but I have seen other companies translate their ads so I'm not too sure but I guess if they are doing it then we should be too.
Any tips on improving product page?
Good question I have two videos on this topic here:
ua-cam.com/video/VNCycfR-Nhc/v-deo.htmlsi=ZH8ulS-Ivd-dCxxB
And ua-cam.com/video/vaCl7oPthOc/v-deo.html
Focus on consumer problems and how your product is the only solution to their problems. You're trying to sell to impulse buyers and you need them to basically buy right now through clever copy.
@@theecomzone would you still include this kind of copy with home decor products? They don’t necessarily solve a problem but their main attribute is that they look nice.
@@YohanLaunder so home decor products can still solve problems like not being able to find the right products, or right fit for their aesthetics. You can mention how it can make them feel, how it will transform their space, etc. Many ways to do it. When running ads you're still trying to sell when they land on your page so you still need to write copy that is compelling and persuades the consumer to add to cart.
@@theecomzone i focussed totally ad creative and copy but still now 50 USD cpm rate and 5+ USD cpc rate for dog niche. So how can I improve my cpc and cpm please give me a guide please?
Hey, really appreciate your videos! One question - should I leave my customer’s contact info or my own contact info (name, email, phone number) on AliExpress when I place the orders? Thanks!
Thank you, glad they're helping. Yup leave that information in and order via DSers, DSers automates this for you so you don't have to fill in the shipping details. Make sure to pay after placing order via DSers though.
Cool thanks!
Also, do you care that the customers might recognize that this is an AliExpress package, and that there’s a Chinese address on the shipping label? Thanks
@@karahughes3316 Avoid pure choice suppliers and your customers shouldn't receive AliExpress packaging. Usually, it's just grey bags. As for shipping label, it gets covered by the local couriers label but even if it didn't, it's not a big issue as I clarify that the items are shipped from Asia to offer free shipping worldwide.
Thank you ❤
