The VIVO cot is perfect for all types of outdoor and indoor use. The sturdy aluminum frame and rubber-tipped steel legs allow the cot to be comfortable, lightweight and easily portable. With dimensions of 75” long, by 25” wide and 18” off the ground, the cot permits plenty of room and will hold up to 250lbs. I bought this on amazon and getting the second support bar into place was impossible. I returned the item.
We're sorry the cot didn't work well for you! The second bar can be difficult to get in place. We've found the easiest way to install it is to slide it in with the two holes facing down, and then use both hands to roll the bar over the two pegs.
@@VIVOus Hello. No there was no give in the one I had. It was defective. Couldn't pull it or roll it nearly close enough to the edge. It was impossible. Hopefully the other ones aren't as difficult or perhaps a new design is in order :) Cheers
Thank you for letting us know! We're sorry the cot didn't work, but hopefully the new one will fit together without any trouble. The first time assembling is typically more difficult since the fabric is being stretched, but it should fit together more easily with further use.
